For twenty years I had been trying to find my way as a painter. I said "Yes" to a LOT of things that I didn't necessarily want to do. Then a few years ago I was asked to paint a Bichon Frise as Rambo and down the rabbit hole I went! The path of self discovery and growth that first step has set me on has been a profound and incredible joy.

Though I started off as an acrylic artist I have found that I have become predominantly a watercolor artist at this point. I incorporate a bit of acrylic, ink, charcoal, and color pencil as needed and the lack of (self imposed) restriction is where I've discovered my happy place!
My inspiration is obviously a love of animals but another huge inspiration is YOU! The energy you bring and the ideas that have inspired you to seek me out; THAT is my greatest inspiration!
